Reco was founded by trades people who got tired of watching builds slip on the finish. We brought drywall, paint, millwork, and flooring in-house — and built a GC around them.
We work primarily across Alberta and British Columbia, on commercial fit-ups, custom residential, and renovations from $200K to $10M. One project manager per job. One schedule. One trade ticket — no finger-pointing between subs.
Premium positioning is earned at the finish line. Level-5 drywall, factory-grade millwork, schedule discipline. That's the standard — not the upgrade.

Drawings In
Send architecturals, scope, schedule. We respond inside 5 business days with questions and pricing approach.

Site Walk
On-site walk-through with our PM. We measure, photograph, flag risk, and align on the trade sequence.

Schedule
Locked schedule with milestone dates. Weekly RFI cycle. One PM on the job, start to finish.
04
Handover
Punch list cleared, deficiencies closed, warranty stamped. Walk-through Friday. Keys Monday.
