Reco renovations runs through one project manager and our in-house finishing crew, on a locked schedule with weekly RFI cycles. The methods below are how we earn the standard — not the upgrade.
Discovery week
First week is selective demolition and survey. We re-price scope before the heavy work starts.
Heritage detail
Original trim, plaster, and millwork preserved or reproduced. Match samples on site before approval.
Lived-in builds
Phasing, dust walls, and temporary kitchens for clients staying in the home.
