Envelope first
We chase moisture before drywall. Air-sealing, flashing details, drainage planes documented and inspected.
Trade sequencing
Mechanical rough-in coordinated with structure and finish. Fewer surprises at closeup.
Owner cadence
Bi-weekly walks with the homeowner or developer. Decisions logged, drawings revisioned, costs transparent.
